The basics
The SmartEd is a new electric vehicle from Smart. Powered solely by electricity it has an electric socket concealed behind what used to be the fuel cap. It can achieve the equivalent of 300 miles to the gallon and travel 72 miles between charges. It has an electronically-limited top speed of 60mph and does 0-30mph in 6.5 seconds.

I want one. While we're at it, why not limit all vehicles to 60mph?
