The buggy is pretty good, however it has weak front and rear plastic differential housings that snap if the wheels come into contact with anything solid. The part for them is 85159 and I would recommend anyone who buys this model should fit the reinforcement bars and pins before running the buggy as these housings are almost impossible to get hold of. HBX are bringing out a newer model and spares are becoming increasingly difficult to get hold of even though they are still selling them. For those that are desperate for the parts try gotnitroonoline.com and pay the shipping from the states.

Literally one thing after another fails on this car. I have so far replaced the front and rear differential housings, the central differential assembly, the clutch, the radio gear, the on off switch. It has not run for more than 2 hours in total, after an extensive run in and tune up period. Nitrotek fail to answer email enquiries and getting them on the phone can be like finding rocking horse poo. Worse they dont stock several of the key spares necessary for the model, even though they have only just stopped selling it. they just told me to buy the new model. Would stronly recommend you buy another model from a dedicated hobby shop where you can get help when necessary.
