Nike LunarGlide+
The basics
Built for both serious and fun runners the LunarGlide+ features a shock-absorbing LunarLite cushioning system to protect your legs from continuous impact. Built-in Dynamic Support adapts to each runner to provide a more comforting experience while adapting to each footfall. The women's version features an expanding "Tree Ring" engineered to accommodate the variability of heel width seen in female feet and provide a tailored fit for any foot.
The good
LunarLite padding on the inside cushions the feet to absorb and adapt to each pound of the pavement, treadmill or other outdoor terrain. Its sponge-like qualities means it recovers its shape very quickly, owing to a rather bouncy feel. "Flywire" technology in the upper of the shoe means there's no stitching, making the inside of the trainer smoother than more stitched counterparts.
The bad
Because there's no stitching in the upper of the shoe the feet are ever so slightly pushed out to the sides, unlike in similar stitched efforts that hold the foot in place more firmly. A minor niggle.
The bottom line
The Nike LunarGlide+ are up there with some of the best running shoes around. They provide a top level of comfort, fully protecting the soles of your feet as promised. They're incredibly light and comfy enough, but its design won't be to everyone's taste. Not bad at all.

I've just found a really good running shoe review website; www.ransacker.co.uk. If you take a look they also help you to find the cheapest prices for Lunarglides.
