Panasonic KX-TG8321
The basics
With caller display, an answering machine that can store 40 minutes worth of messages, and a standby time of 150 hours and 12 hours talk time, the Panasonic KX-TG8321 can also has enough memory for 200 numbers in its telephone book. The handset also weighs just 120g.
The good
Dressed in a glossy black exterior that’s as shiny as the black bit on a killer whale, and with a dodgy Indian restaurant-esque glowing blue screen, the KX-TG821EB is a superb middle-of-the-range DECT phone. The answering machine is particularly impressive – we had a 40-minute long rant left on ours from our girlfriend. We also managed to store 200 numbers in the phonebook. But we really liked the text-messaging feature, which we’re actually dubbing DECTs messaging. It’s funny because it rhymes, see?
The bad
We had a 40-minute long rant from our girlfriend left on our answering machine! Also, there’s no Bluetooth, so you can’t just send your mobile’s contacts to the KX-TG821EB’s phone book.
The bottom line
A superb, futuristic-looking DECT phone that also allows you to send DECTs messages. Seriously, it’s going to catch on…

Hi We have this phone with one handset in a sleep-out away from the house. We have lost the hand book and can't work out how to "buzz" the remote handset to advise of a call for the guests rather than walking out to th room. Appreciate your help. Thanks....................Phil
