HTC Legend
The basics
This aluminium-armoured, Android-based handset from HTC sports a sharp AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with incredibly responsive pinch-to-zoom skills and instant access to useful widgets and social networks. Other HTC Legend features include a 5-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, Google Maps and support for up to 32GB microSD cards.
The good
One of the top features of the HTC Legend is its aluminium unibody construction, which makes it look sleek and feel strong in the hand.
The Legend comes with HTC's Sense OS overlay, which is stylish and easy to use. The latest version of Sense adds Helicopter view, which lets you check out all seven homescreens at once.
Videos look stunning on the Legend’s high-contrast AMOLED screen. It started chugging when we threw a 720p Divx file its way, but the 320×480 display is happier with DVD-quality SD content anyway.
The bad
The camera performs relatively well for an Android phone – cams aren't Android's strong point. But you can choose a focal point and it's quick to focus, although it needs a more powerful flash if it wants to compete with the cameraphone big boys.
Because of the unibody build, the battery flap is non-standard and can take a bit of getting used to.
The bottom line
Compared with other Androids, the HTC Legend performs well across the board and looks fantastic. We can’t think of a similar-sized Android to recommend over it.

Quietly brilliant it says on the box, and it is! GPS with Google maps, email sync to your various ISPs, texts saved to Gmail, apps for Tube maps, bar-code scanner, Catch up TV, etc etc. Amazing screen, such clear text, brilliant colours. Oh, and it also makes phone calls! I never really wanted a mobile phone before but this is something else.

The HTC Legend phone is 3G enabled with a download speed of up to 7.2 Mbps and a 114 kbps download speed on GPRS. The mobile phone is available in many deals and is part of many interesting schemes and deals.

Started out years ago with the Qtec100... on to HTC-710 (dis-liked) ...then THC-Diamond pro (loved it - use as back up phone still) ... then the Legend 3 months ago.... The best phone ever... also android (+ android marked) rules... you can get special programs for everything... for free... brilliant ! It's my mp3 player, my GPS, my phone, my cameera, my back up storage device for important files (I put in a 16GB card)....

I have one, it takes a while to get used to, but once your use to it it's a pretty good phone, videos arnt the best things I have to say it has an awful lot of audio lag on videos. Camera is pretty good, alot of things do become unresponsive and have to forge close but as I said you get used it. I say get one I have and it's great :D
