had this flask over a year, keeps my coffee hot for 24 hrs easily, superb flask, best ever. Those who's doesnt keep drinks hot need to take it back for a new one, they have a 25 year garuntee, so they must be faulty. buy one, i use mine 5 days a week, its ace.

First time i used it, fantastic!!! My tea was hot all day. Even the last cup after 7 hours was still very hot. Second time i used it, useless!. I pre-warmed flask with some boiling water prior to putting my tea in it. I could feel the outside of the flask getting warm - the vacuum seal had failed. I was stupid enough to put my tea in anyway as i didn't have another flask. Tea was cold within an hour. Phoned Stanley up as they have a life time warranty, They sent me a new flask within three days (that's now failed as well - doh!) Two bad failures on the flasks but their customer service is second to none.

Received this as a gift and it worked well for a couple of months, then it wouldn't keep drinks hot. Had it replaced under the warranty at my expense for postage. The replacement lasted for six months and now has failed in exactly the same way. Having to pay the postage again to have it replaced. Not impressed.

Yep, I should have checked the reviews before I buy. My 1.9 litres cost me $85, worked a couple of times only, now it holds no heat at all, in fact it is hotter on the outside then in the inside. I can't find my receipt, contacted them and asked for a replacement based on the life time warranty stated on the box. Waiting for the reply.

Not worth the money. The screw top keeps popping open and the contents leak. Also the handle fell off after a few weeks not worth the money you pay.
