I tried this on my frown lines .. have very prominent number 11's for a 43 year old. I can't do botox as I have autoimmune markers and it would be a risk. I used it fanatically .. 10 times per day for a few days and really, really noticed a big difference. My frown lines are a lot better and I actually felt more relaxed (something I read afterwards is down to the relaxation of the muscles). Apparently it is safe to use it continuously, although they only recommend 2 x per day .. which I don't think would have made that much difference. Anyway, an alternative to botox it is for me ..
