Google Latitude

The basics

Latitude is a new feature on Google Maps letting you see where your friends and family are on a map and easily keep in touch with them. Sign into Latitude and add in friends from your Gmail contacts. When they accept you can see them on your phone - handy for checking out which of your friends and family are nearby.
