Logitech do a steering wheel for about 125 quid which is really reviewed well. I want one but the problem is i don't where i would mount it in a front room! Also on the 125 quid some people said the force feed back snaped the desk it was mounted to LOL

After shopping around for weeks I had to buy it from Argos as nowhere seemed to have any stock. It is currently reduced at argos to £79.99. Ive never really got on with steering wheels on any game or system as they always feel detached and unresponsive. This wheel blew me away! I never thought you could get such a realistic and responsive wheel. All of a sudden the cars have a real weighty feel to them, turning into a corner is so much more accurate. You can feel the car moving around and can feel when on the edge of traction. GT5 prologue is suddenly my favourite game again but the real cheese will be GT5! Roll on sep/oct! I tried the wheel with a few other games (Shift, MC LA, Grid, motorstorm) It is awesome in every game but really shines and comes into its own on GT. You can tell it was designed with GT in mind. To get the best out of the wheel you really need a chair rig (playseats.com) or something to hold the wheel firmly and in possition. It has strong feedback and will try move on you. In conclusion, gt5 becomes as simple as driving down to the shops! After the initial few minutes of getting used to it, the wheel becomes like second nature to use, I even found myself holding it like the steering wheel in my car. I was really worried about spending so much money and not getting on with it or it being rubbish. After 1 lap on GT I was sold and completely in awe of how far the wheel has come since early PS1/PC technology. Ive been singing its praises and recommending it to everyone since. Driving games have never been so fun or rewarding! 5G's
