Windows Speech Recognition
The basics
Windows Speech Recognition in Windows Vista allows users to interact with their computers with their voice. With “say what you see” commands that allow you to control applications and complete tasks (formatting, saving docs), you can also dictate, correct and disambiguate. There’s also support for multiple languages.
