SousVide Supreme
The basics
The SousVide Supreme cooks food in a vacuum environment using Thermal Dynamic Circulation technology. Users seal their food in a plastic pouch, placing it into the unit full of boiling water to cook, before removing it from its pouch to serve. It's a method that promises to improve the taste, texture and nutritional value of food by locking in and sealing its flavour.

Looks great and my Wife now NEEDS one of these... But... not available in the UK yet and they cannot confirm what the UK price will be once it is!.... wonder where The Gadget show got their info and price from!

I heard they should be coming out in the week after Easter. No idea about the price though. Hopefully not more than £300.
