Have had this unit for at least 18 months. Brilliant picture and superb sound via the optical audio out to my yamaha reciever. The 'no picture on standby' that some people have commented on is possibly because the unit is set to energy saving mode. You can switch this off and pay a few more pounds on your electricty bill and the tv will recieve the signal whilst the humax is on standby.
I find the set and its remote very easy to use. The EPG and various record features have been totally reliable, though signal strength certainly affects how quickly the EPG loads up.
Have had a much earlier Humax freeview box long time ago, and varios other makes too, but this is by far the best I've had. I'm now looking at adding a FOX T2 to my set-up so that I can receive HD channels too.
