No need to return the phone if you cannot access the menu by pressing the right LED I think this is just a problem with the calibration and as you may know you access calibration by the menu which of course you cannot access but if you hold the lock button as if you were about turn off the phone, when you are on the profile menu the one with power off silent meeting etc hold the up volume button to access the top touchscreen calibration and hold down to calibrate bottom screen.
