Okay, as you know I bought this phone in The Carphone Warehouse half term deal and have found how to turn off predicted/T9 text:
what you need to do is access the main menu, go to settings, scroll down to imput mode and you should see it on eZi Abc, change it to the Abc mode and now predicted text is off! hope this has been helpful!
