Bought the XL IQ Routes edition last week, worked fine until I went onto thr Tom Tom Website to update the software (as recommended by Tom Tom. Could not find the back up facility, but decided to update anyway, big mistake. When you switch on now there is just an error screen. Soft resetting did not work.
I do not feel that I should have to flog through their help desk to solve this, so I have sent it back and asked for a replacement.
Not a good start for the Sat Nav premier!
