I've got this phone and have found it easy to use but recently I've come across a fault in design. When you lock the phone the only way to unlock it is to press the same button, this will often happen when in my pocket and obviously what follows is the obligatory phone call to someone from my address book. I've also ended up using the internet when I've not intended to through being in my pocket. This isn't a problem if you unlimited phone minutes/internet access, I don't and can't wait to change to a more secure phone
