The WiiFit is lame, and of no real physiological benefit.
If you want to exercise at home, and get a tangible benefit, the only real options are fitness DVD's from the shops (which get boring quickly), or one of the better online gyms. DemandFitness in the US, and VirtualGym TV in the UK are the best I've seen by a long-shot.
The WiiFit is only good for getting lazy fat kids off the sofa.
