What a let down! Gas barbecues? Have all the men in this country suddenly turned into girls? All you need is one of these: http://www.planetbarbecue.co.uk/shoppartybbq.htm When you have a large barbecue with two independent height adjustable grills it's important to have them running along the length in case you only need to cater for a small number of people using half of the width. You'll also want some restaurant grade lumpwood charcoal: http://www.liverpoolwoodpellets.co.uk/ourshop/prod_1409441-11kgs-of-Restaurant-charcoal-including-delivery-and-VAT.html It's true that most lumpwood that you find in shops burns out too quickly because the pieces are too small. This stuff gives you whopping great lumps and trumps briquettes hands down. And, of course, you'll need some tools, just make sure you pay a bit more than the minimum so that they actually do the job and don't fall apart! Now, stop being a bunch of girls and slavering over ovens and cookers - just because they're in the garden doesn't make them cool... Real men cook on fire!
