I liked the review, the game itself is amazing, apart from the fact that it was on a console. My chosen platform is PC and as with many other PC gamers I feel totally let down and disappointed by the lack of dedicated server support. I have been gaming on the PC for 11 years, my clan plays CoD 4 and CoD W@W in various gaming leagues and we were all excitedly anticipating 10.11.09, we had arranged to have several dedicated servers to go live on the day with our current server host... Then IW dropped the 'No dedicated servers' bombshell on the PC community.
Obviously Jason is a console fan so that's why he hasn't mentioned the petition that has been signed by 216,961 people so far and the 24 hour server stand down which happened on the day MW2 was released (a large proportion of clans who provide dedicated servers for other CoD titles shut their servers down for 24 hours in protest) and the amount of people I know who have downloaded pirate copies of the game for PC because they can't justify paying £30 for something that is for us, just a single player game and worthless as a multiplayer game.
I'm probably guessing that this review wasn't unbiased though and you were probably ordered not to mention anything about it.
