I regularly use in-ear headphones for their portability. But when I have tried newer more expensive models with the pieces like on the Sennhieser's shown I have found that the noise of the lead being moved is amplified and overpowers anything being played and as the lead sits on your body and you're never perfectly still this makes them usless.
I have stuck with Sony MDR-ED21LP or their similar predecessor and found them comfortable, nice sounding (nothing special but clear) and good value.
As the headphones were tested on an iphone, will I have the same sound quality on my ipod touch? As I recently had to return my ipod touch and it was replaced with a new one and have found that there is a volume limit on all ipod touch from the UK and there are no volume limit controls on the iphones.
Due to this, I have to find headphones just to be able to hear my music when I walk along a busy road even with the volume limit set at it's highest and adjusting the volume settings on the ipod.
