Can you list the Web Sites that you referred to in this section. I cannot seem to run the video. It would be helpful if you listed the sites in a way that users could find them
I watched the t.v.programme and Jon's video clip and managed to get the first 2 web addresses but only ceoemailaddress.com if you want to contact the CEO. Could you please provide the other web address to contact CEO'S. Thank you for the web address to avoid expensive 0870 numbers and the get human being to speak to a very helpful article.

You should have a tab for useful URLs such as these, and also the top 5 web sites from the last show. these could give a one sentence description and the link, and would be accessible to all, even those without broadband.
Try and deal with a company like Archos customer support, they are a US company and do not reply to calls or emails.
I ordered one for me and one for a friend and his ended up an expensive brick due to hard drive failure, there are loads of people suffering with the same problems and Archos are just blatantly ignoring people that forked out loads of money for there products.
I think you have shot yourself in the foot here. Great topic fantastic useful contacts. But this customer is FRUSTRATED because all i wanted was a clear list of the Websites. Not go through the video to find them, then go dstop rewind pause because they were gone in a flash.

Personnally, I don't think I've ever known a website be case sensitive before (maybe it's the tiny.cc thing).
John - the gethuman link does work, try cutting and pasting it from an earlier posting. Also, there is a pause key bottom left.
Lee Stephen - re Archos, there not cheap things to buy. I noticed on the site is a Post Code and Box number. I think I would go and get some direct "Customer Service" by banging on the door ;->

I need a list of BT directors, CEO or whoever the hell is in charge of that god aweul totally infompetent company. am furious!!! Every single time I move house I get messed around with my broadband with cock ups left right and centre from BT!!! I have just moved house, yet again, I have NO internet and am totally fed up of having to speak to that damn company and getting passed around from person to person, department to department and after 30 odd mins on the phone I end up with STILL NO INTERNET sorted out and nothing been sorted!!! I called BT on 26 Oct to let them know I was moving house, within the same village and wanted to stay with them for my broadband and phone line, which I was told was 'not a problem at all and that phone line and bband would be live on 6 Nove', yeah RIGHT!!! Well, needless to say, I am STILL waiting and been left totally in limbo! I dont know what the problem is, why I havent got any internet as all anyone in that company wants to do is pass me from pillar to post and get nothing sorted out, have totally had enough now, I feel like I want to murder someone in that god forsaken place BT!! I hate them!!! PLEASE can you provide details of who I need to compain to as this has been going on for me now for over 4 years!!!
