I enjoyed the comparison & expected the result, most people love Spotify. I use Napster for a couple of reasons; it has been around much longer & I have been a user for years, it connects to my Squeezebox (which is great as well) & it is now half the price of Spotify (something that was missed on the show).
I use it a lot & I don't great frustrated by the buffering, instant music isn't a big thing really. Sound quality, music choice and support are all excellent.
Where Spotify really wins in my opinion is the mobile clients, Napster are poor there, but you can't stream it thru the Squeezebox which is a big downside.
