dont want to sound like a broken record but the technology here isnt new and has been used for years in communication aids. i workk as a carer for someone with motor neuron disease and he has a tablet windows xp computer that uses this exact technology. have a look at dynavox eyemax systems.

Very true I use an alea technologies eye gaze system and have done for about a year. it fully controls my P.C I use it for all my typing,surfing,reading and playing games.
