It seems to me that everyone who comments complaining about the reliablility of the player gets ignored (I've posted comments on it many times)
After looking elsewhere on the five.tv website, here is an email address that might get our complaints heard. So I highly recommend emailing your complaints to this email rather than posting them on the Gadget show sub-site.
