Xbox Kinect Star Wars Special Edition coming to a universe near you
If you find yourself buying the latest Star Wars kit irrespective of whether you’ve already got something similar, the new Star Wars themed Xbox 360 is likely to be the perfect gadget for you. If you haven’t already got an Xbox 360, then now’s the perfect time! With a host of other Star Wars features, the latest Xbox certainly stands out.
Designed to look like a droid – you’ll find similar blue and white markings, along with a load of fake vents, ports and hatches to R2-D2 – the latest Xbox 360 shamelessly targets Star Wars fanatics.

It’s not just the R2-D2-alike console itself, either, with the remote control also getting a makeover. Now plated in fake gold, it’s designed to have more than a hint of C-3PO, once again pairing up the Chuckle Brothers of the Sci Fi world.
Called the Kinect Star Wars special edition, you’ll also find a Kinect receiver in the bundle, along with a wired headset. All this would be useless without games, however, which is why LucasArts and Microsoft have also bundled the Kinect Star Wars game.

Microsoft missed a trick here, all they needed to do was design a handheld controller shaped like a lightsaber handle with a simple on/off switch and it would have made it an absolutely must-have item for all Star Wars fans!
