Xbox 360 painted red for Resident Evil 5

Resident Evil 5 Limited Edition Console Bundle - pretty much what it says on the tin.

Microsoft will launch a limited edition red Xbox 360 next month to celebrate the release of Resident Evil 5.

The imaginatively named Resident Evil 5 Limited Edition Console Bundle will arrive on 13th March (the same day as the game hits the shelves), and will feature a red-painted console with 120GB hard drive, gamepad, copy of Resident Evil 5 and an exclusive downloadable premium RE5 theme.

As a bonus, buyers will also get a code allowing them to download Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix via Xbox Live.

The bundle will cost $399 (£275) in the US, the same as an Xbox 360 Elite. No UK price has been confirmed as yet, but Microsoft have confirmed that the bundle will hit these shores.
