What price to be a DJ Hero?
Mixing like a Moulinex? You must be a DJ Hero!
Wannabe DJs get your wallets at the ready, because the DJ version of Guitar Hero – the unsurprisingly named DJ Hero – has just had its price slipped by Amazon US.
So how much will you be forking out to get your virtual scratch on? A fairly hefty $199 (or about £75 in normal money), on sale from October. That does, however, include the innovative turntable peripheral (pictured) and the game. Still that’s a lot cheaper than buying proper decks and all the vinyls to go with it.
From what we’ve seen of the DJ Hero turnatble in use, it’ll take you a good few months for you to get to grips with, which begs the question, why not just learn to DJ properly? But where’s the fun in that, hmm?
Another virtual music announcement and Band Hero has also been priced. Play is selling the multi-instrument game for a whopping £149, but you do get a guitar, microphone and drums. You’ll be able to bring back the band in November.
