WD My Book unveiled in record-breaking 2TB capacity

The 2TB My Book is the largest capacity single-drive external hard disk on the market.

Computer users who need lots of portable storage rejoice! Western Digital has just updated its My Book range of external hard disks, adding 2 terabyte versions across the entire range.

2 terabytes, or 2TB, is 2,000GB. That’s a huge amount of storage for such a small, one-drive portable HDD, which should appeal to anyone looking for somewhere to store lots of high definition video, lossless music or huge, high-quality digital photos.

The 2TB My Books are available now, with prices starting at around £245.
