V-MODA launches metal "immortal" earphones!

If you’ve recently bought an iPhone or iPod, one of the first things you should be doing if you’re even a little interested in music is investing in a decent set of earphones. V-MODA’s latest creation could be worth a look, offering a metal design and providing a “supernatural sound”. If nothing else, they’re definitely likely to be an improvement on the standard iPod earphones!

The oddly named V-MODA True Blood REVAMP is a pair of in-ear headphones, with a neat black and red finish, and a metal microphone on the headphone cord.

V-MODA claims that the True Blood REVAMP offers “immortal” durability – something we find difficult to believe considering the headphones are not actually alive in the first place, but hopefully the metal construction will help them to last a little longer than the average set of earphones.

The V-MODA True Blood REVAMP earphones don’t come cheap though, with a price tag of $120. Fingers crossed they’ll get a bit cheaper by the time they make it across the pond.
