For the ultimate finger-flapping Guitar Hero frenzy, we give you Activision’s tailor made controller for Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock.
According to its makers, this serious bit of virtual music-making kit has been custom designed in both form and function to be the perfect partner for Warriors of Rock when the sixth instalment in the Guitar Hero franchise hits the shelves in September.
The design of the controller is based on the game’s own art style and over-the-top storyline that will greet fret-mashing guitar-heads in Quest Mode, which takes you on an epic rock journey to save rock ‘n’ roll itself.
Under the surface, Activision has moved all electronics into the guitar neck itself, which means you can personalise the “wings” to your own style.
Sadly, like the game on which it is based, you’ll have to wait until September to get hold of the Warriors of Rock Guitar Hero controller – which at least means you can watch School of Rock a few more times.
