The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword gets new ‘Origins trailer’

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is easily the most anticipated Nintendo Wii title of 2011. Out in stores on November 18, fans still have some time to wait for its release. To bide some time, Nintendo has released a new trailer hinting at how The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is linked to its prequel – Ocarina of Time.

As a prequel to Nintendo 64 classic Ocarina of Time, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will show fans how it is linked to what many believe is the greatest Zelda game ever made.

The latest video, called the ‘Origins’ trailer is one of those blink and you’ll miss it teases revealing subtle visual clues that link both stories. In the Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword players will learn the origins of the famous Master Sword, and Zelda will not be a princess, but a childhood friend of Link’s.
