Special Ops wrist phone delivers cut-price mobile style
Is it a watch? Is it a phone?
There’s always been something a bit “special agent” about whispering into a wrist-bound communication device – even if it is nothing more dangerous than LG’s GD910.
But if you really want to take things to the next level, check out the Special Ops Quad Band Watch Phone from Chinavision. First of all, it looks the part, dressed in black stainless steel, and its diminutive 1.3in TFT touchscreen is housed in a decidedly watch-like round dial.
Tucked away on the side is a microSD card slot supporting cards of up to 2GB, while like any decent espionage-referencing product these days it can take both still photos and video clips in AVI format.
The rest of the spec is decidedly basic – you get Bluetooth and a headphones socket, with both a headset and headphones supplied, and of course it’s also a fully functioning digital watch. Best of all is that your own piece of Special Ops wrist action can be had, unlocked, for just shy of £90.

It looks very cool but is it really safe to have all those radio waves zapping through you skin and bone 247.
