Sony's in-ear (and on-ear) beauties! Sony has introduced two sets of Bluetooth headphones: the DR-BT100CX and DR-BT101

Cut the chord! Sony’s DR-BT100CX in-ear headphones and DR-BT101 cans both eliminate the cables via the magic of Bluetooth, keeping you cable-free but tuned up to the max.

First, the Sony DR-BT100CX in-ear headphones. These in-ear beauties boast noise-cancelling technology that’ll keep out all annoying voices (apart from the ones in your head). They’re designed to partner MP3 players and mobile phones, so you know the sort. They charge via USB and offer a mammoth eight-hours wireless playback per charge. Enough time for you to get through that entire Elvis Presley back catalogue without them dying on you.

“The guys at WiTricity have developed a way of powering gadgets from up to 1.5m away wirelessly” Ortis checks out wireless electricity!

Next the Sony DR-BT101 over-the-ear cans. Boasting 30mm neodymium drivers they’ll give a performance as powerful as Carl Froch, and they’re just as durable, with an amazing 12-houry battery life. Both sets of headphones are compatible with A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP Bluetooth profiles. Who needs wires, eh?
