The new rainbow bright selection from Sony

Sony is bring some much-needed colour to PSP-land, like one of those pavement artists in Covent Garden – the nice ones, not the ones that shout expletives at you if you don’t stop to give them any money.

The big S is unleashing four bright new PSPs for 2009, which include a red, blue, green and a pretty garish yellow version. Hardly the spectrum of the rainbow, then, but still, they’ll have the same spec as the top-of-the-range PSP 3000.

They’re initially coming out in Japan, but you can expect them to land on Blighty’s shores later on in the year, when they’ll brighten up your lives like a four-banded rainbow.
