Samsung preps NC10 netbook for Valentine’s Day
Samsung’s NC10 gets a new set of pink clothes, y’know, for the ladies…
You know Valentine’s Day is coming up when gadgets that would normally be a manly black or grey, suddenly start turning up pink. Case in point: the Samsung NC10 netbook.
Samsung, aside from coating the NC10 with possibly the most patronizing colour in the world, has also specced it out with a 10.2-inch screen. That coupled with a 1.6GHz Atom processor, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive, makes it a fairly respectable netbook.
Throw into the mix a seven-hour battery life and an anti-germ keyboard (whatever that is?) and a price of around £315 and you’ve got a netbook that would appeal to all sexes. Next thing you know Samsung will be giving away cutesy puppies, romantic comedies and bunches of flowers with its laptops. What do you mean not all women like those things? Ah…
