I own the Samsung B3410 and I am a little disappointed at it. Sure the keyboard is very nice and it is easy to use, but the one I own has a terrible glitch (which I hope is the only exception to the rule) that means whenever I open the keyboard it makes the screen pixelate and become unresponsive; and when that doesn't happen, I open the keyboard to find the screen white. Despite this, this is a very good phone and thanks to it I can type at light speed! One alternative would be its LG equivalent, the LG KS360, which despite having fewer features offers a full keyboard at about half the price! :)
