Samsung H2 smartphone outed Samsung – update to the H1 incoming

The Samsung H2 has been subject to more leaks than the Titanic in recent weeks, but now Vodafone has confirmed its existence and furnished us with a tasty set of specs to get dug into.

The H2 measures in at just 11.7mm thin, and manages to pack in a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED with multitouch, 16GB of onboard storage and an 8MP camera with 720p HD video recording. A 1GHz processor and Opera 10 with Flash support should make browsing and watching videos an absolute pleasure.

It also features Voda’s 360 social networking skin that will pool all your pals’ activities into one handy place and packs in HSDPA – as you’d expect.

There’s no word on when the Samsung H2 will be officially released, but we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled.
