Prototype 2 Radnet Edition get loads of new content, PC version delayed
Those looking forward to Activision’s open-world game Prototype 2, now have more reasons than ever to get their wallets warmed up! Those who pre-order the Prototype 2 Radnet Edition will receive a generous 55 pieces of additional content at no extra cost. How good does that sound? The extra content, available through a one-time use code available in the Prototype 2 Radnet Edition bix will unlock the masses of free content that Acivision says will provide hours more worth of gameplay.
The new content takes the form of new in-game events, challenges, avatar items, dynamic themes and behind-the-scenes videos from developer Radical Entertainment on the making of Prototype 2.

The new goodies will appear in weekly drops: giving players time to enjoy each new piece of content before moving onto the next batch. Thankfully, all Radnet bonus content takes place outside of the main story – so those not planning on picking up the pack will not miss out on anything story-wise from the campaign. The Prototype 2 Radnet Edition, says Activision, is simply a way to reward fans with new gameplay.
Prototype 2 is a direct follow-up of the 2009 version, where protagonist Sergeant James Heller is the new mutated and infected human turned deadly shape-shifting weapon wreaking havoc in a virus-stricken New York City. Prototype 2 arrives in stores on 24th April on PS3 and PS3.
The PC version has been delayed until July 24th, a posting on the official Prototype 2 Facebook page yesterday confirmed.
