The Optoma ThemeScene HD92: it turns your room into a posh cinema for one!
It’s been a while since we had a new projector to talk about, but Optoma’s throwing out (geddit?) a new Hi-Def beamer – the ThemeScene HD82.
In an attempt to stop us squinting at tiny screens like myopic octogenarians, the Optoma ThemeScene HD82 delivers sizes of up to 150 inches from its sexy black chassis. Pixel per pound that’s far cheaper than any plasma or LCD you can snif out.
As for those images, well they’re thrown out with a 1080p resolution that’s enhanced by Optoma’s PureEngine tech, including PureColor and PureDetail. If you ask us it’s PureGenius. Throw in a contrast ratio of 20,000:1, and An ANSI ratio of 680:1 and you’ve got one impressive projector!
Now for the price. It’s £1 shy of three grand. Granted, that’s expensive, but this could turn your lacklustre night in into a big screen extravaganza.
