Nokia X5 - square phone unveiled
Nokia X5: for squares only
You’re looking at the new Nokia X5. The latest in its music-mad X-series, this phone doesn’t rock the usual stylings of a basic Nokia. See, it’s square, following in the footsteps of the Microsoft Kin One. So what exactly does it have to offer?
Well, inside that cube-like frame, you’ll find social networking support, including in-built access to Facebook, YouTube and MySpace. Give the phone a push and you’ll slide out a QWERTY keyboard for speedy messaging and flip it round to find a five megapixel camera.
It comes in a slew of hot colours, including blue, yellow, pink and black. Yes, it’s a wee bit chunky, but it’ll help you stand out from the crowd when everyone else packs an iPhone 4.
There’s just one issue. It’s only available in Singapore at the moment. However, you can expect it to roll out across the globe soon.
