Nokia E7 – going official soon?
There are rumours of the new Nokia, the Nokia E7, making an appearance at the upcoming Nokia World event next week. The handset would be the new flagship model in Nokia’s E-Series of handsets, and is said to have a 4-inch touchscreen s well as a full slide-out QWERTY.
Nokia World begins in London next week, on 14 September. According to a Reuters report Nokia boss Olli-Pekka Kallsvuo will use the event to host a Steve Jobs-style keynote during which the Nokia E7 will be unveiled.
The Nokia E7 has been subject to a shedload of web speculation already – and the Symbian 3-toting handset is said to be rocking a full touchscreen as well as a QWERTY slider, making it another solid workhorse of a handset for the Finnish phone giants.
The Nokia N8 is also primed for its release sometime soon, although the Nokia N9 still remains a more distant prospect.
