This is a nice toy. £99 is too much and there seems to be no reason to upgrade if you already own an Apple TV. In deed if they offer an IOS upgrade it might be better to just buy the old one.
The killer feature for me is the play from your iPad feature. Transfering between devices during a programme would be cool.
