MSI joins the all-in-one PC bandwagon
The MSI Wind Top AE2010: it's all for one and an all-in-one
There must be something in the water. It was only the other day we revealed the Shuttle X 5000T all-in-one PC, and now the MSI Wind Top AE2010 has sprouted up with its iMac and Eee Top styling.
So what’s the deal with the MSI Wind Top AE2010? Well, the brains are a dual core AMD chip, while the storage is handled by a 320GB hard drive. An ATI Radeon HD 32000 graphics chip, meanwhile deals with the visuals.
The 20-inch, 1600×900-pixel screen, meanwhile, looks gorgeous. Contrary to what the image above seems to suggest, it’s not a touchscreen, though. But it is a nice alternative to Asus’ and Apple’s offerings. It even comes with a Windows 7 voucher that lets you upgrade to Microsoft’s incoming OS when it’s available. Nice.
So how much for the MSI Wind Top AE2010? Well, there’s no word on a UK price yet, but it’ll cost $649.99 in the States, which is around £400 in our money. As soon as we get confirmation of a release date, we’ll let you know.
