Motorola planning Android 3.0 tablet?
Android 3.0 – Moto ready to take on the world?
Look out iPad – it looks as if there could be an all-new Android 3.0-toting Motorola tablet just around the corner. According to a report from the Boy Genius Report blog, a new Motorola tablet is heading up a long line of gadgets going on sale with US network Verizon.
The rumoured Motorola Android 3.0 tablet will apparently come with a 10-inch screen and a speedy 1 or 1.3GHz CPU, as well as a front-facing camera for those now-ubiquitous video chats.
There were reports of the Motorola Android 3.0 tablet appearing in December this year, but this has been held up while Google puts the finishing touches to Android 3.0 – so don’t expect the device to appear until early 2011.
Apparently there’s also a new a 1.3GHz Motorola Droid Pro mobile phone in the Verizon roadmap too – watch this space for more news on Moto’s plans for next-gen Android news…
