Motorola Droid Razr Maxx: Top 5 things you need to know
It took a while, but following some juicy rumours, the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx was finally confirmed as actually existing at CES 2012. And it’s looking like quite the smartphone, combining typically slick Razr styling with some very impressive specs.
The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx is but a fresh face on the block, so you’ll probably want to learn a little more about it. Without further delay, here are five things you need to know about the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx.
It’s going to be very quick
Delving into apps, browsing the web, flicking through menus and playing the latest games from the Android Market will all be seamless and quick thanks to the Motorla Droid Razr Maxx’s 1.2.GHz dual-core processor.
It has a big screen
All the best smartphones have a large screen. With today’s handsets capable of viewing the latest films, and playing games from some of the best video game publishers, it’s a necessity. Thankfully the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx has a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED screen with a qHD resolution to give users all the screen space and quality that a top smartphone should.
The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx will take great photos
Smartphone photography fans will be pleased to know that the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx features an 8-megapixel camera, so there should be plenty of detail in those shots.
You’ll be able to talk for longer
It won’t be called Razr Maxx for nothing. Inside you’ll find a larger battery, that Motorola has claimed gives a continuous talk time of 21.5 hours. That’s pretty amazing, and much longer than any of its rivals can currently muster.
Plenty of storage
The same applies to storage. With 16GB of internal storage, the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx has plenty. Pair it with a microSD card and you can ramp that up to 32GB – plenty of room for your growing music, film, photo, and mobile game collection.

Loved my old Motorola Razr - infact bought 2. If I decide to ditch the iPhone this would be a serious contender. No NFC which I would have expected.
