LG KS360 gets an Android update
LG is stuffing Google Android into last year's KS360
The Androids are coming! That joke just doesn’t get old. Anyway, LG has announced that the KS360, a mobile phone that was first announced last July, will be the first LG mobile to come with Google’s Android operating system. That’s the good news, the even better news is it’s launching this summer.
There’s no change in the specs, they’re staying the same as the original KS360, but now it’ll be toting the much-loved Google OS, which allows it to be open to a host of user-designed apps.
Just to remind you what you’ll be getting from the KS360: it’s a fairly nice handset to look at, and comes with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a 2.0-megapixel camera. Still, we can’t wait for LG to release a full-on mega-blower with OS.
