The JURA Signature range: coffee's never been so posh

If you just can’t live witout a shot of the black stuff first thing in the morning (we’re talking coffee, not Guinness!), then how about making your morning ritual even more pleasurable with one of JURA’s new hay-clarse Signature coffee machines.

Being stocked exclusively at Harrods (Al Fayed gets all the best stuff!), there are three machines in the top-of-the range, erm, range: the Z5, J5 and ENA 5, each with their own special appeal.

First up is the Signature Z5, which appeals to your inner magpie. It’s a cat burglar’s wet dream. You see the Z5 incorporated a solid aluminium panel electroplated with Rhodium (a precious metal – no we’d never heard of it either). Ramping the value up even further is the rotary switch that’s studded with Swarovski crystals. Classy!

Moving on to the J5 and it’s a different tack altogether. The J5 forgoes metal and goes for either a Colombian Walnut or Northern Birch veneer. Both look stunning thanks to a process that sees them polished no less than 15 times!

Finally, JURA’s releasing the leather-clad ENA 5. It comes in either Speed Red or Sports Brown leather and looks good enough to drive. Or at least it would if it had wheels.

Notable extras on the Signature range of posh bean grinders include height adjustable coffee spouts, active bean monitoring, varying water temperature settings, touchscreens, built-in grinders and waste disposal units, plus energy saving modes. Now that’s posh coffee!
