Jabra Arrow shoots straight to our hearts
The Jabra Arrow: bringing some much-needed style to the dull world of Bluetooth headsets
Mention high-end Bluetooth headsets and most people will think of Jabra. The company’s latest in the JX range is the Arrow continues its tradition of combining awesome looks with high-tech specs such as auto volume control. In fact you might say it’s so hi-tech you’d call it magic. Or abracaJABRA, even. Sorry, we’ll just get on with describing the product.
Anyway, the Jabra Arrow combines auto volume control with easy and functional storage and stylish good looks. All essential if you want to avoid looking like Ian Beale when going hands-free. The auto volume control uses clever tech that recognises and adjusts audio that comes into the headset before it can get to your lobes. It’s intelligent stuff!
Elsewhere, Jabra has managed to fit in DSP noise reduction to keep external wailings, whingings, and car rumbling noises to a minimum. It supports Bluetooth 2.1 and can even be used with two widgets at the same time.
It’s light too, weighing a feather-like 10g, which is handy if you don’t want your ears to end up looking like Dumbo’s. And you’ll be able to get all this in November for a penny shy of 50 smackers. Unlike the ABC song, this is definitely not a Poison Arrow. Okay, we’ll leave now.
