If you’re looking to spice up your morning wake-up routine, the IQ Alarm Clock could be just the thing for you.
While your average alarm clock requires little more than a swat of the arm in the direction of the Snooze button to be silenced, the IQ Alarm needs a little more persuasion.
Before you’re able to return peacefully to the land of nod, you’re required to answer up to three questions, the idea being that by the time you’ve conquered the brain-teasers you’ll be awake enough that you won’t be able to slip back into your slumber.
And in case you decide to be crafty about things, it’s even designed with a tamper-resistant battery cover, so you won’t be able to take matters into your own hands should the questions prove too tricky for your early-morning mental state.
Unfortunately – or fortunately, depending on how you want to look at it, the IQ Alarm Clock is only at the concept stage for the time being.
