iPad price plans announced on Vodafone, O2 and Orange
iPad - coming to a network near you
The Apple iPad may have been delayed, but that hasn’t stopped three major networks all announcing this afternoon that they will be offering dedicated price plans for the iPad.
Vodafone, O2 and Orange have all just released near-identical releases stating that they “will offer dedicated iPad price plans for all models from the end of May”.
There’s no word from T-Mobile or Three yet, and none of the named networks is confirming pricing or details as yet, but it’s thought that all will be offering micro SIM deals. And due to this relatively early wave of announcements, we may hear more about the UK iPad 3G than first expected.
We’ll have to wait until 10 May – the now-official iPad UK pre-order date – for specifics on network pricing.
